Lawrence A. Kardon

Larry Kardon has had experience in many facets of the real estate business since he entered the profession in 1969. This experience includes sales and rentals of commercial and industrial properties with Charles H. Beyer Inc. in Center City Philadelphia. For many years, Larry also had his own firm, Creative Environments Inc. which was involved in building renovation and multi-family residential property sales and apartment rentals.

Larry grew up in the Philadelphia area when he moved his family to Chester County in 1989 he focused on single family residential properties.

As a long time champion of "Consumer Rights" he was one of the first REALTORS in the area to offer buyer representation. As a pioneer in the field, he has conducted seminars on Buyer Agency for real estate organizations in the Mid Atlantic region, and is an active member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Counsel (REBAC) and holds an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.

Using his years of experience working for buyers, Larry created The Preferred HomeFinder System which is designated to provide the highest quality buyer representation available to clients interested in resale or new construction homes.
 
Applying the same "Consumer's Rights" perspective to sellers Larry joined the National Association Real Estate Consultants (NAREC) and has earned the Consumer Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC) designation.

The knowledge and experience gained while earning this designation allows him to provide home sellers with the opportunity to not only sell their properties quickly and for the highest possible price but to also help them preserve their equity by offering choices in services, fees and payment plans.

Larry's commitment to the real estate profession, his capacity to listen carefully and understand each client's needs along with his ability to meet those needs are the abilities his clients value most.
